Join a local food and coffee cooking, tea brewing, and wine distillation tour in a monk's retreat cell deep in a unique valley of Cappadocia. Prepare a meal of salad, hot and cold appetizers, and a main course.
Be picked up from your hotel at the specified time and first go shopping at the street market. Then, reach the kitchen in the valley and make a nice coffee in the sand and chat about the menu of the day. Start the preliminary preparation of the cooking and cold appetizers.
We leave the foods to be baken slovly and take onether coffee break.
While our collegues start the preparations for the service, if it is the wine distillation season we do some wine distiillation, if not we just select the best wines from the wine cellar according to the meal. We enjoy the food and drinks with a nice feast. Finally, end the program with a delicious tea and Turkish coffee that you will brew together and return to where you were picked up.
